Zero tolerance for bribery
We do not offer, pay, request or accept bribes or facilitation payments, directly or through anyone else, in line with Kenya’s Bribery Act 2016. This applies to dealings with public officials, mobile network operators, customers and suppliers.
Gifts and hospitality
Modest gifts and hospitality are allowed only if they are reasonable, transparent and not meant to influence a decision. Anything significant must be declared and approved.
Conflicts of interest
Staff must declare any personal interest that could affect their decisions, such as a family member at a supplier or customer.

We expect suppliers, resellers and partners to follow these same standards, and may end relationships with anyone who doesn’t.
Speaking up
Anyone can report a concern in confidence through our contact page, addressed to the directors. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
