Yes. Prescription-only and controlled medicines need a linked prescription at the till. A manager can override prescription-only sales with a reason, and every override is logged.
Yes. Till receipts and invoices are signed through KRA eTIMS, and your medicines are registered with KRA for you.
Patient records are protected by role-based access, SMS go only to patients who agree, and messages never include health details, in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act.
