No. Payments and airtime go only to registered campaign staff, agents and suppliers, with two approvers. Paying voters is bribery under the Election Offences Act and breaks the rules of most other elections too.
Your campaign gets its own system and database, separate from every other campaign. Two-step sign-in, access by area, watermarked exports and an activity log that cannot be edited protect it.
Your agents photograph and enter the result form at each station. You compare them with the official results, such as the Form 34A scans IEBC publishes, station by station.
